In every testing (a divine choice to do right or wrong), there will be a temptation (a satanic solicitation to do the wrong thing). Enduring testing strengthens the vigor and fiber of our faith; succumbing to temptation weakens both---and leaves us feeling guilty, depressed, distant from God, uncomfortable with His Word, and typically launches us into a mode of blameshifting. So, put your armor on and stand up to it!
