Please note that this is a parody.
When this whole COPPA thing started, the rules for telling if a video was "made for kids" or not were incredibly vague, such as "If your video has bright colors in it, it may be made for kids because small children like bright colors".
And with a possible $42500 fine per video, people (including myself) were genuinely scared of getting it wrong. No one wants to by mistake make videos that could be judged as being made for kids.
And for the people/bots reviewing this video: Please note that the colors aren't bright at all...
