Timing: 30 seconds work and 12 second rest!
There are some key safety cues that I have provided throughout the video to help you as much as possible with form!
I hope you challenge yourself, but also know your limits and listen to your body! Even though I have some cues throughout the video, I cannot ensure that you are applying them, so please do your best to really focus on form and safety!
