Hello everyone. So yesterday, Sunday December 22nd, 2019, I got to meet up with my good friend CTrail Productions, (please subscribe to his channel), in Wallingford just before 6401 at 1110am. 6401 was running 20-25 minutes late for so e reason which made our first train Amtrak HartfordLine Train 460 which had Former Budd Metroliner cab car 9633,one of my favorites because of its historic AEM-7 bell and sweet K5LA, and P42DC 107 pushing. We happened to see this set two more times before our day was over on 409 and 488. Running on the CTrail Trains were GP40-3H 6698 with its very very fouled K5UL with MBB CTC-3 Cab Car 1520 which we got an amazing horn show from on our final train. This set made an appearance on 6401, 6454, 55, 58, & 59. The other CTrail set running yesterday was GP40-3H 6694 with its slightly better K5UL and with the veteran diesel MBB CTC-3 Cab Car 1505 and made appearances on 6403, 6456, & 57. For Amtrak the other set we saw a couple of times was P42DC 94 with Former Budd Metroliner Cab Car 9634. We saw this pair on Amtrak Valley Flyer 461 and HartfordLine Train 464. The other Amtrak set out which we only saw once was P42DC 115 1 Amfleet, cab car 9638 which seems to be disabled, and P42DC 96 on the rear end. My guess is very soon 9638 will leave the MRS Line. The other diesels we saw were P42DC’s 93, which led 54 and 106 which led 57. LegoTrainJRailfanning came at the end which was nice. This will wrap up this video.
