When you don’t drink enough water, your skin loses moisture, the cells shrivel, causing wrinkles to appear more defined and making the skin look older.

3. Urine Output Is Reduced:
Most people urinate between 6 or 7 times a day on average. When you don’t drink enough water, there is less fluid available to replace the fluids being excreted from the body.

4. Your Pee Is Extra Yellow:
An warning sign of dehydration is when your pee has turned a darker shade of yellow. This means your urine is over-concentrated with waste.

5. Dry Mouth:
If you haven't been drinking enough water, your mouth and tongue may be extra dry and sticky and you will feel thirsty often.
However, a dry mouth and increased thirst can be a symptom of something more serious.
