The late 1800s was privey to the worlds fairs which you might think was a singular event. Many people belive this to be so. But infact it was several expositions that happened in the late 19th century. Among them (that i have been cheifly intereated in searching) were about the H. H Holmes a siral killer and mad man that was tied to the chicago world fair because he owned a hotel often referd to as the murder castle or murder hotel.
Another world faire I search was the paris exposition 1889 when the effle tower was opened and displayed for the firat time. It had taken two years of constuction and dispite being one of the largest monuments to date (at the time) no one died during its constuction.
Cremation was also something of a new invention and was exhibited at one of the world fairs. Fallow the link below for more information.
Alexander hamilton was one of the people i did a small bit of research on though he died at the very begining of the 19th century in 1804.
Typewriters are something I am a bit passionate about. And if you fallow me on instagram or here on youtube you might see them or hear me talk about them a fair bit.

And
In 1714 the first patent was filed for a device for printing letters neatly on paper thou such a machine was never produced the patient existed.
It wasnt until 1867-1874 when the first manufacture of typewriter enginered designed patinted made produced and eventually shiped their first order of typewriters. The keys of which were conincedently in the same placement as the keys on a keyboard that we might use today and that is rather interesting as adjustments were atempted.
The first typewriter sold for $125 in 1874 which would today in 2019 be $2,547.21 (so about the equivalint of a really nice powerful last's me 5-10 years computer.)
For more anecdotal take on typewriter history look to
Typewriters layed the foundations for what later came in technology for the computers we use today. To look back and see the history of whsre we have come from is such an amazing feet of humanity.
