While on holiday in Qatar I experienced a nice cool breeze which is unbelievable for a such a hot country, especially in summer. I accidentally found that OUTDOOR AIR CONDITIONING was blasting from what looked like guttering!! and the astonishing this is that it actually works!! The area is unbelievably cool and stays that way while the AC is running. This makes it an area which attracts even locals for some relaxation, socializing and retail therapy.
