Students Evacuate Campus Following School Shooting in California Students evacuate the Saugus High School campus in Santa Clarita, California, Thursday, November 14, after two people were killed, and at least four people were injured in a shooting. Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said on Twitter the "suspect is in custody, and being treated at a local hospital."
A total of four victims so far have been admitted to the hospital.
The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Department had locked down all schools in the area around Saugus High School, about 48 kilometers northwest of Los Angeles.
