Israeli forces shoot Palestinian with a rubber coated steel bullet, just as if they were in the hunt

#Israel’s border police arrested a Palestenian man who's from the west bank that came to work inside the Israeli territories. After the investigations he was taken to the checkpoint to return back to his home, then the soldiers shot him with rubber coated steel bullet without causing any threat to them!
