The way I completed this bounty hunt is by using Peashooter. Peashooter has great damage output in both regular and gatling forms. You can only damage the shock wheelz crew after you've defeated all of the regular zombies. I should also mention that you only have a limited time before the other zombie champions respawn. Make the most of this time. Note that only one regular zombie / champion can be damaged at one time. I was able to complete this bounty hunt in less than 5 minutes. Hope this helps!
