2) Triceps superset : Diamond Pushups + Dips 12*3(each)
3) Forearm superset : 3 variations 25*3(each)
4) Shoulder : Vertical Pushups knees on chair 12*3
5) Leg Superset : Squat + Calf Raises 12*3(each)
6) Back\Bicep : Pull Ups 8-10*3
