Today the 31st Oct 2019, filing of Nominations for contesting in the ensuing CMC election to be held on 12th Nov 2018 taken place. The selected candidates from the Congress party under the leadership of Hon'ble MLA Smt. Roopakala Shashidhar took a mammoth procession after Garlanding the statues of Dr. Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi and Indira Gandhi filed their nominations as an official candidates of Congress party.
