Buglasan Festival 2019 Buglasan Festival is a festivity showcasing the culture, tourism sites and products each of the 6 cities and 19 municipalities in my beloved province, Negros Oriental. It is celebrated every October but the highlights, wherein the Festival of Festivals competition is held is on the 3rd Friday of October. This year the 14-day Festivity started last 14 and will end on the 27th.

I wasn’t able to take photos of other LGU booths since I have decided to vlog (bagohanin pa me 😅) right after I pass through Mabinay booth and was influenced by some vlogger doing their thing. Hehe Anyway, enjoy the video.
