Ingredients:
1 package frozen riced cauliflower
2 Tbsp. Sour cream, light sour cream or greek yogurt
1/2 Tbsp. butter or substitute
Chopped chives
Sea Salt
Pepper
Grated parmesan (optional)
Prepare cauliflower as directed on package. Combine with all ingredients in food processor or blender and garnish with additional chives and parmesan. Enjoy!
