Current Routine: 45 Mins Total, Split into 30 mins morning, 15 mins post workout.
5kmh 12% incline- 1 minute walk
6kmh 15% Incline- 1 minute walk
Repeat for 15-20 mins.
5kmh, 15% incline. Increasing speed by .1 until you reach 6kmh. Walk until 30 mins is done.

Post Workout Cardio: 15 Mins of Stepper or Bike.
