How to: CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT The deadlift is a GREAT overall test to strength!! There are MANY different ways to perform this exercise, but here, we are learning the conventional deadlift with the barbell!

I absolutely love the benefits a deadlift provides as well as how functional it is to daily life! Everybody has to pick things up eventually..why not do it with correct form to help prevent injury and gain strength?!
