This is why I took a break from social media for about 3 weeks. I'm slowly coming back and changing the way I use social media; mostly to post, and not read. I'm hoping that I can create better, happier, more fun content because the negativity on the internet is not good for myself or for my fans. So let's try something new and change the way we use social media. Have you quit social media? are you trying a social media detox? don't forget, exercise and eating right can help a lot as well.
