In this video I use a Sony D100 Sound recorder and a 1970's interview microphone to finally trace down a noisy bearing that has been whining for a while now. A Renault main dealer said it was likely to be the alternator bearing so we just saw £££££ signs at that point and thought there must be a way to pin point which bearing was failing.
