Jeremy and I have been friends for several years, he's a native Coloradoan who delivers newspapers using his bicycle. As someone who struggles with Crohn's Disease, Jeremy has experienced discomfort around strength and endurance exercises while riding, so I helped get him an electric bike a couple of years back with the help of Small Planet Ebikes in Longmont Colorado. In 2019, Jeremy was able to take on two additional routes and his Bosch powered Felt LEBOWSKe is still holding up great, even with some bikepacking trips, a motor replacement, and a crash mixed in. I'm sharing this video interview for fun, just updating you guys on his status and showing off some of his awesome accessories like Jones bars. Shout outs to Bosch, Small Planet Ebikes in Longmont Colorado, Drake Cycles in Fort Collins Colorado. Things that broke include the Bosch motor (replaced free under warranty), the carbon fiber seat post cracked, the battery has lost some capacity, his SRAM XO1 derailleur broke.
