My review of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations chapter 38. Action packed chapter! Isshiki Otsutsuki is on a whole new level, and this isn't even his full power: dispatches two of the strongest shinobi in two chapters, is able to notice the telepathic conversation between Naruto and Kurama, and is bringing Jigen to tears. LOL. #Boruto
