Howdy, y'all! This is the first thing I ever composed. I did this when I was a freshman in high school. I'm a college freshman now. E Flat minor is my favorite key signature to hear, and I wanted to compose something in it. The Alto Flute part is awful since the instrument is in G. The part is read as A Flat minor, which is the worst key signature ever. This was made with MuseScore, and the only reason I haven't moved this to Sibelius is because I like the flute sound on MuseScore better. I probably should have moved this to Sibelius because MuseScore doesn't play any articulations you write down. There are numerous ties and ornaments throughout this mess of a piece, but none of them show up. I paused the playback whenever there was a fermata followed by a pause, which is why notes that sound like they should be longer are cut so short.
Enjoy the piece. Hopefully I'll get to play this with an actual flute choir someday and make it sound good.
