Does acupressure mats work for anxiety? What are the benefits of acupressure mat besides getting rid of stress, tension and anxiety? Well, this is what I’m talking about in today’s video.

I have personally been using an acupressure mat for sleep, stress, pain and anxiety for more than 10 years and I have to say that I love it. It’s no secret that acupuncture for anxiety works and the “bed of needles” work in a similar way. The acupressure mat benefits does not end there thought, but those are my main reasons for using...my “needle stimulation pad”. I get the best effects if I use it for about 20 minutes at a time and if I have a really stressful week, I try to use it every day. If it’s just a “normal” week I still try to use it once or twice to uncharge the “stress battery”.

You can also use it to build your “reserves” if you know you are about to do something anxiety provoking. I talk more about this in the video and explain how we can increase our reserves in advance, and thus making it through the stressful situation with much more control. This is something I very often do myself. For example days leading up to a trumpet playing gig.
