This case had a lot of space in the upper anterior teeth making it very difficult for the upper cuspids to come in, so it is really necessary to start the case early and bunch the upper teeth together which gives the cuspids a decent chance to come in. There are other things wrong with this case. She has a tremendous amount of flouride in the teeth causing discoloration and difficulty in bonding brackets to these teeths.
There is a mild class 3 problem and we checked the family records and find no substantial class 3 problem there, but she has a slight problem. So we recommend removing of the lower wisdom teeth but leave the upper. this causes some pressure on the upper which mantains a class 1 relation. I explained this in the video completely.
