Shocking apathy from Maharashtra, Minister Chandrakant Patil yells at flood victims

In a shocking video which has gone viral, Maharashtra Minister Chandrakant Patil was seen yelling at the flood victims. A meeting was held by the minister in Shirol village where he was explaining the villagers that let the water recede and then the severe rehabilitation efforts will be more speedy. The villagers said that they need quicker response over which the Minister lost his cool. WATCH!
