#Shame has the power to run & ruin our very precious lives. It is a very #intimate topic that is delicate & tender where the #truth is that none of us are granted immunity from it.
We are all affected by Shame.
However by #allowing space for this #reality to be #openly & #safely discussed creates an opening that can begin to #ease the tension experienced & find some #release to the #hurt embodied as we #nurture a #sacred place to have a real #conversation with that of which is truly at the root of so much DENYING of LIVING & DYING to LIVE.
Shame is not to be kept hidden if we are to find ways to #dissolve it.
It’s time to put Shame on the table & have a healthy dialogue that is honest & without judgement.
There is so much to expand & explore upon here with Shame, yet I’ve simply touched on the surface of this reality to invite & welcome space to begin the conversation with self & each other💞🦋💞
