On Friday, June 6, 2019, shortly after 4:30 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to an assault that occurred in the parking lot of the Mountain Plaza Mall located at 659 Upper James Street. The victim, a 64-year-old man was driving through the lot when a dispute occurred regarding the right of way and the flow of traffic. The suspect who was a passenger in the other vehicle involved, exited the vehicle, confronted the victim and assaulted him, which resulted in him receiving significant facial injuries
