MSR - A company I may NEVER use again! Gear failures happen, I've talked about them in the past. But I've also said that it's all about how the company stands behind their product. So far I have not been super impressed with the customer service I've seen with MSR. They do make some great products, but when something fails, I would expect such a large company to be able to show the consumer who bought their product over many others on the market, a little more support.
We'll see how this process shapes up, how they respond to the warranty claim and go from there.
