Lenna Glade, Vice President Academic --- In Canada, we have 170 experts who are supporting you in your schools. Our Maple Bear trainers are really important to our organization because they help to retain the academic quality of our schools.
It is really an exceptional program that brings expertise into the schools to work with the owners, the administrators and the teachers. We know that many new teachers in Maple Bear are facing a shift when they look at our curriculum. And so our trainers help them to make that shift, to learn about our philosophy and to manage the implementation of our curriculum.
So there is that initial training for a school where the teachers learn all about the philosophy and the strategies for Maple Bear. And then training for new teachers and on-going training for the teachers that we currently have.
Our teachers are excellent in our schools. With the help of our trainers we have developed a wonderful teaching staff.

--- The curriculum is actually really universal. All the range of activities it being sensory or creative. So there's lots of mediums children can express and learn through the curriculum which I think is perfect to reach the needs of all different children.
