A man was sentenced to nearly 22 months in jail for selling duty-unpaid cigarettes and possessing for sale chewing tobacco. The 33-year-old was found guilty of storing and dealing over 14,000 packets of duty-unpaid cigarettes and for possessing for sale more than 12,000 sachets of khaini tobacco, a type of chewing tobacco that was banned in Singapore.
