KING IS A SURTR (JOTUNN) - One Piece theories and wishes

ONE CORRECTION: I realized King's symbols on his clothes aren't the same as those of Shiryu when he was the head jailer in Impel Down. So, there are three possibilities: King is one of the Blackbeard Pirates (I doubt it) or these symbols are changeable: when someone decides to put the skull symbol it means that they want to use the uniform outside Impel Down. If they want to use the Impel Down symbol, they have to be in it. The third possibility: King and Shiryu use the skull symbol just for coincidence, because it's a fashionable brandXD
