iPadOS Challenge - Ditching the Laptop for a Week

Apple has been positioning the iPad more and more as a laptop replacement. I love it in theory but how does it actually do in day to day use. Last week I turned off my computer, installed the iPadOS 13 beta and jumped in feet first and tried only using the iPad or an entire week. This is how it turned out.
