Homeschool Planning as a Parent with ADHD

Lesson planning is something that many homeschooling parents struggle with. When the parents also have ADHD that barrier of getting plans focused and on paper can be extra challenging. Through trial and error, I have come up with a lesson planning formula that works well for our family and the ADHD struggles that our family deals with (Both parents and child) .
