HIIT Workout Morning Routine: Burn up to 600 calories  - ROUND 2|3* Round 1:

NO EXCUSES! Today is the day that you are going to learn my favourite workout to torch calories and burn fat! This workout is ROUND 2 of the HIIT workout designed to help you sculpt your entire body. This full body workout you can do whenever and wherever you like. There is no need for any equipment or weights!

This video is in real time, so grab a towel and lets sweat together!

Each round will be a little bit different, and can also be found as separate videos.

If you are a BEGINNER, start with round 1 and 2 (videos 1 & 2), if you want to get the full sweat and do the full 12 min workout, make sure to watch and follow along to all 3 videos!

Video 1:
Mat Work

1.glute bridge + kicks
2.up and down plank
3.in and out v sit
4.plank jacks
5.mountain climbers
6.half burpees

Stationary work

1.backwards lunges
2.half squat punches
3.squat pulses
4.sumo squat
5.half squat side reaches (hands on head)
6.good morning to squat


Video 3:
Elevate It!
1.high knees
2.squat jacks
3.lunge to single leg jump
4.jump squats
5.Speed reaches


Each exercise is 30 seconds long, and you have a 5 second break in between them to watch what the next exercise is. If you need a short break, just pause the video, then get right back in it after you have caught your breath!
