F1 is taking some time off over the summer which offers up the perfect opportunity to look back at the first half of the 2019 season. In the third and final part of my half-term report miniseries, it’s all about the fight at the front as I rate the Red Bull, Ferrari and Mercedes drivers…as well as give a few of my brief thoughts about their season so far.
