Chidambaram's Legal Team Hoping For A Special Bench Hearing

In no relief for Chidambaram, the Supreme Court has said it is waiting for orders from the CJI to list the matter for hearing. Justice Ramana has refused to hear the case and declined the plea for interim protection.
Meanwhile, Chidambaram's lawyers are still waiting for information from the registry. Registrar SP Singh is in a meeting with CJI. Chidambaram's legal team is hoping for a special bench hearing late evening .
