8 min Standing Abs workout that's low impact and perfect for any of you who had back pain, or don't like lying Abs workouts. This standing workout may be low intensity, but it get's results. These exercises are designed to work all layers of the core, with a touch of cardio too. Yes- be prepared to sweat. Grab a weight (or water bottle) and let's do this! For the best flat stomach and fat burner results, I recommend completing this workout 3-4 times per week and coupling it with my other fat burn HIIT workouts.
